Set-up of brakes and gears, truing of wheels, tighten up all bolts to required torque, lubrication of chain and cables, inspection for damage/wear and replace any parts if necessary.

Full Service £160
Full strip down of bearings surfaces i.e. hubs/headset/bottom bracket. Set-up of gears and brakes, truing of wheels and full lubrication of cycle. Tighten up all bolts to required torque and inspection for damage/wear and replace if necessary.

Fork Fitting from £25
Fork steerer cut to required length, crown race fitted, star washer fitted, re-greased and tightened to required torque.

Tube Fitting from £8
Fitting of new tube and inflated up to required PSI.

Suspension Fork Service from £60
Fork service includes strip down, clean, wear inspection, replacement oil and set up to riders’ specification.
All forks with worn bushes are externally serviced and parts replaced.

Rear Shock Service from £60
Rear air shock sleeve service includes strip down and clean, wear inspection, replacement of seals and re grease. If shock is nitrogen charged, shock will be externally serviced and parts replaced.

Set up of gears and brakes, Tighten up all bolts to required torque and general set up.

Hydraulic Brake Bleed from £25 per brake
Adjustment and set-up of hydraulic disc and rim brakes. Service included full bleed of system with new fluid/oil. Also includes wear assessment.

Headset Fitting from £25
Removal of old cups and crown race. Fitting of new cups and crown race, re-grease and tighten up to required torque.

Wheel straightening. Tension and truing of wheels and replacement of damaged or broken spokes.

Bottom bracket extraction, clean and re-cut threads, re-grease and fit new bottom bracket.
