These guys were fab! My gears were playing up on my way to Brighton (I had bent something out of place when I knocked my bike the previous week). They squeezed me in and had it all fixed in 30 mins for a v good price. Spun beautifully the whole ride - they saved the day!

Last year September 2024 I had my Orbea hybrid racing bike serviced by cycle power.i was very happy with the service .
Recently I returned as I was having problems with the battery/electrics so Mark reset the software and apart from a few small issues it seems to be ok. They went out there way to resolve the problems that I had. I definitely recommend cycle power. Anthony

They always the bikes for my entire family, the repairs are so quick and fair that it makes it a no brainer to come back. Same for Bike replacements, they become super affordable with their suggestions to buy just what you really need. Support your local businesses like this one because they are there to really help you out.

Took my bike in for a service and was really pleased with the work that had been done. Brilliant, friendly service and i wont hesitate to come back here again. My first ride, post service, felt great.

This is is the best bike shop in south London by far. The quality of their products, the attention to detail. Every single time I need something for my bike they go above and beyond to help. Their warranty service has been outstanding.

Excellent service.
Was told by another local bike shop that I needed a new shifter at cost of 300 plus labour.
Took here instead and fixed same day for 70 in total. No new part needed.
Very knowledgeable and great service.
Highly recommended.
Will take bikes here in future .

We were blessed to find these guys today, they saved the day not once but twice! A replacement crank and replacement wheels, all in the one visit. We were passing through on a London to Paris ride and they dropped everything to help us. Thanks so much, legends 🙏.

22 May 24. Popped in the shop as had an issue with my saddle fitting. Staff there & then corrected in 5 minuets all I had done wrong that took me a hour! & were happy to do it. Kevin at Chessington.

Always great service at Cycle Power have used them for numerous problems with my bike brakes, gears, pedal and puncture no job is ever an issue for them very reasonable price too I never feel intimidated they are always very welcoming and helpful.... thanks Mark for this morning fixing my pedals they're brilliant.

Nice friendly little shop. A reasonable selection of new bikes, plenty of spares and accessories, and for servicing or repairs.

Send my vision team 35 wheels in for Bearings great job was told the axe was worn due to different bike shop fitting a hub the guys hear orded me axe 4 days later fell like a new set of wheels again thank you

I was satisfied and happy with the result today had change my brake caliper of my ebike the guy is friendly and great price for service no more noise squick on my ebike and breaks are so good and smooth.I will come again for this shop recommended to all.

Cycle Power have always been really helpful. We've bought bikes and scooters in the past and have always been really happy with their service. More recently my 11 year went with his broken bike and they helped him to get it back on the road straight away. And today they fixed a scooter on the spot ! So kind and courteous . Really really love having this shop on our high street 🙂

The people working there are very knowledgeable and did their best to fix my son’s bike. There was a good chance that it might have cost hundreds but they worked their magic!

Friendly, swift and professional! Had 4 road bikes serviced before a long ride and they all rode much smoother. I was warned the gears may need further adjustment as they replaced the cables and sure enough it did so they kindly sorted that without further charge. I was also lucky enough to get the bikes delivered back to my house! Great service!

Fabulous- so happy with the service, very prompt and even got me a discount from the suppliers as the motor broke on my electric bike that was out of warranty. Highly recommend!

I have been getting my bike serviced at Cycle Power for many years. Mark is very knowledgeable and a great mechanic. I have just upgraded to my first EMTB and am very happy with the way the bike was prepared and the excellent service from Mark and Charlie. I am happy to recommend them.

Popped in here due to a puncture I couldn’t repair and it was fixed in no time. I have in the past made various purchases from this shop and the efficiency, knowledge and friendliness of staff is second to none. Would highly recommend.

We went in to Cycle power on a Saturday afternoon to buy our two children their next bikes as they have both outgrown their current ones. We were greeted by Cian and Mark who did an amazing job of making our two very shy children feel comfortable trying the bikes. Mark is so knowlegeable and gives great advice and even built the bikes same day for us so we could have them intime for the bank holiday weekend. Cian, Marks son who also works in the shop is a credit to him, works so hard and is great with the kids. The service they give at cycle power is faultless and I have no doubt that we will be back everytime our children outgrow their bikes.

Took my 14 year old road bike to get a service and replace some parts. Mark did a fantastic job at very reasonable prices. When I collected the bike, he mentioned a few things I should be aware of. I took the bike for a quick ride earlier today and the bike feels as good as new. Great job, friendly staff. I would highly recommend Cycle Power.

Really Kind owners. I wanted to pump my bicycle and did not had a pump and couldn't find a public one. They offered their air pump to fill in the air , free of cost.
Great collection of bicycle and accessories. Definitely recommend them.
